Hiring Process

Exemplary employees for exceptional clients

Many of the candidates we place come back to us for their next opportunity once an assignment wraps up. Others refer new candidates for us to meet, or recommend us to employers looking to grow their teams. That kind of trust is something we work hard to earn, and it starts with holding every candidate to the same standard of excellence.

To uphold that tradition, The Goodkind Group asks every candidate to meet four minimum requirements before we bring their resume forward.
